A sign company with a plotter cutter will be able to perfectly cut to your design a mock window complete with rounded corners.
I would choose a semi gloss rather than a high gloss or dead matt PVC and I would ask for a Polymeric 5 year life or greater PVC rather than a 2 year monomeric PVC, they will know what I mean.
Applying the stuff is a big challenge if you have not done it before, air bubbles, dirt etc would ruin the appearance.......but the sign company would offer to appyl it for you if you so wished.
