Please humour me from above post.
Would like some recommendations for a good motorhome cover. Seen the one from Outwell but no reviews.
Van is 21 and a half feet in old money plus bike rack.
Don't want cheap that will tear in high winds.
Don't mind paying if it is good quality.
Thanking you in anticipation,

Greg

Hi Greg,
Sounds like you have decided the development is going ahead.
I have a Protech cover for our Caravan which I can confirm is of good quality.
I am not sure if they do covers for Motorhomes or not, but I cant see why they would not.
Just make sure you protect any sharp edges before fitting or any cover would rip.
Ian

Ian,
Thanks for the advice.
The reason I am buying it is twofold.
If I can't find a storage place locally or if I manage to get it to my friends farm ,the local cement works and my old place of work ,the power station are close to his property.Although emissions have been tightened up better safe than sorry.
Regards,
Greg

I have just bought the protec roof only cover as we park the van for storage under a large tree , I have not used it yet but only test fitted to place the fixings on the van as no straps are used ,these are a made to measure cover from protec and extras can be added such as clear panel for solar panel to continue charging whilst cover is on ,extra material for sat dome, mine hooks under the Luton and just covers the top of the bike rack and is an excellent fit and quality material, hope this helps

Greg,
We ordered ours last year at the NEC show.
I think it took about six weeks, but that may have been because of the flood of orders from the show.
Make sure the van is clean before fitting, or it can cause scratches to the paintwork form wind movement of the cover against the van.
Ian

I waited about 13 weeks due to holidaying waiting for my dome fitted, but once they had all measurements it was about 6 week for it to be made and delivered
