We have the same bike rack, and carry 2 bikes. The bike cover is of Taylor Made brand, and it has a flap at the back with a slit either side of that flap. If you can imagine a shaped cover to completely cover the 2 bikes, BUT with the ability to poke through the arms, and to tie it all down. Very well made, very heavy duty, and we have never ended up with wet or dirty bikes. We have found it is a better fit if we undo the allen keyed front spindle / post and turn the handles of each bike to lay flat / parallel to the back of van. A 2 minute job, and a far better way to travel. Hope this is off help.
