If you go on rallies without hook up 100watt is better . It should replace the battery power used in the evening - lighting tv etc. We have a 90watt mounted on our motorhome which also keeps the starter battery charged while in storage.

I have a 100 w and the only time I have used it in anger was to run a cool box to
keep a few beers cool.
It will just keep up with it during the day I kept checking the battery charge on a regular bases.

Guess it boils down to what you want to power with it.

Basically just a 5w freeview box via a 500w inverter and a 12v TV.
