Hi, I'm having problems with my Truma C6002 EH. Water heats up fine on gas, not working on electric. Yellow electric mode and green operation monitor lights comes on, but no hot water. I've Checked the fuses,
The overheating switch has triggered, Tried resetting this but it stays out. Any ideas?

Firstly, I'm wondering if the overheat switch actually 'pops out' or is it simply a push button switch which will always appear to be out.

If fuses etc are OK, I would suspect the heater element.
Not sure how you would access this to test it.

I haven't much experience of this particular heater....
Having pressed the reset are you sure that it isn't heating? Other heaters I have used needed quite a while before producing any noticeable amount of hot water.

However, if it isn't warm after 15 mins, then you definitely have a problem.

Not sure if I am clouding the issue here, but a few years back had a similar problem on a Truma system ,it turned out to be a small circuit board in the heater control panel. The heating element had been changed only to find the problem was still there.Replacing the circuit board sorted the problem, for me anyway.
Hope you can sort it.
Regards,
Greg
