Remember stopping off Loch Lomondside parking because I was feeling tired. Set the phone alarm and dozed off. Came to to find pollis banging on window - they thought I'd been taken ill. Then I got asked if I'd been drinking because they could alcohol in the car. Well they could, I had a box of empty wine bottles in the back - the campsite had no recycling facility for glass and I was taking them back home to recycle. I explained (and it was two nights' worth for 11 people) and offered to take a breath test. Meanwhile pollisman no. 2 had been checking the car and had found the booking for the campsite and did some checking - story found to be true. Did breath test - negative - on my way. I am now very careful about taking empties back home to recycle as this cost me my ferry slot and two hours extra drive!
