Help need with clutch pedal, it seems to be out of alignment. I have tried to adjust it, at clutch end adjuster as advised in manual, but pedal didnt seem to move, Any ideds ?

The OP details says Fiat Ducato. These used to have cable operated clutch, and these were known to seize / stick.
However, it would be useful to know what exactly "out of alignment" actually means. Clutch travel? Physical position of the pedal?

I think the OP means the physical position of the pedal actually but until they come back with a reply it's all guess work. That's why I asked if the clutch was hydraulic or cable because if it's the former then it could possibly be an oil leak at the slave cylinder or somewhere else in the system. If it's operated by cable there are less components to malfunction but whatever, the OP needs to confirm some further information.
I changed my van a couple of years ago, so I can't just nip out and have a look... however I seem to remember being told that the height of the clutch pedal is determined by the amount of wear on the clutch. Adjusting the pedal height using the cable length can then give gearchange problems.
Age of van? How many miles? High mileage might suggest clutch wear.
