Hi
This is driving me mad, bought a VW Caddy Camper Van, 2014 and recently purchased a storage box for top of van.
Only trouble is cant find a way of accessing box properly.
I had to stand on a wheelie bin to fix the box to the roof bars, its so high.
Also need to consider the following :Need to transport ladders (size),as the need to go higher so does bigger space reqd to transport.Also as ladders higher then uneven ground, wet grass etc on camp site could be hazardous.
I bought a platfrom from B and Q and yes steady but just not high enough, so can stand level with box but cant reach right into box.so i took it back.
Anyway after much deliberating, decided to go and get small B and Q platform again and maybe use a walking stick to pull bags to edge of box and then wrestle down.
What i need is a small lightweight, easy storage , cheap platform minimum height 112 cm minimum, any suggestions please.
