Because my motorhome, when it is not being used, is parked in the same position relative to the sun, certain parts of the interior get a great deal of sun and could be damaged.
I would therefore like to put an internal reflective sunscreen in the windscreen - as many cars have. But I cannot find a screen which is large enough for a Ducato/Boxer.
Has anybody located a source?
Or should I just close the Remis blinds? Surely they are made of a material which is not damaged by the sun. But Remis blinds are very expensive so should I risk it?
As above^^
Just search along the lines of "internal thermal screen covers"
(The word "sunscreen" may be what's tripping up your search?)
Some aren't cheap though, especially when compared to car sunscreens..but If it's only for when it's parked up at home, I'd probably just look at making one out of the stuff on a roll? or gaffa tapping together a few "poundshop" car ones?
Our MH is ancient, not noticed any sun damage in particular, we never screen the front when it's parked outside the house. You can get a standard screen from Halfords or Tesco that will do most of what you want. Or buy the "material" & cut it to fit. Or close your curtains.
