Have you looked on google?. Or why not just look in vans at dealers. It should be a simple thing to go and have a look at. Easier to view rather than some one try to describe.
However, most double beds are made up from side seating bench's, and they are made to slide forwards to make the double bed, when meeting in the middle. This may compromise your need for 2 single seats from which to make a single bed. It seems to be that you require sleeping for 3 persons. You will need to check everything you plan to do. 3 people sleeping arrangements REQUIRE 3 travel seats arrangement. ie seat belts. Please try to GOGGLE it , inside layouts of any van to get ideas. Some very ingenious panel vans on the market show front facing single seats (4 seat belt) and then use a further front facing seat for the single bed. But where you would be able to find the space for a double is not easy to imagine. Best of luck again.
