We were in Whitby a few weeks ago and there were a number of Motorhomes parked on the harbourside (turn down next to the co-op - at the bottom of the road) Are they allowed to park 24 hours (overnight) ? I have looked on the website and it says 24 hour parking but not between 11pm & 7am!

I don't understand that....just as I don't understand signs outside pubs.....that say 'Open all day', from 12 o/clock.

Once when asked our hours of business,I replied "24 hour service except between midnight and 8.30"
