I can't get the flexi pipes off so I can remove the tap. HELP ME!!!!!

Put on thick rubber gloves then wrap a bit of old towel soaked in boiling water around plastic pipes for a minute to soften then they will pull off.

In your photo, does the jubilee clip normally go over the end of the flexi?
Have you tried a little heat on the plastic pipe eg a hairdryer , it’s probably very tight in the plastic pipe due to tthe he cold?

Thanks both. We got round the issue by undoing the plastic pipes they slot into. There was no budging the flexi pipes at all.
Now a cold water pipe has blown off the water heater and we can't see where to put it back

It's a Carver Cascade 2. It's been put in in such a way you can't reach underneath or behind it.
