I have just learnt to ignore it, it goes away eventually. I spoke to my local commercial mechanic about it last week and he said that warning lights coming on for no reason is quite common on the Ducato and its other marque varieties.

I've been having this hill assist problem for a while now my van won't rev up and then the van revs itself up to about 1500 revs...I've tried ECU abs pump brake switch now I've pulled the engine bay fusebox and it's in a bad state of corrosion so I've ordered a new genuine fiat one fingers crossed this will fix it
