Most sites allow waste disposal.
Where else are you going to discharge waste? Many public toilets in the highlands and island are on septics. Your waste would kill the septic.
"Wild camping" means being responsible and also obeying local by-laws. Good luck finding a place to "wild camp"on loch lomondside.

In New Zealand they have places charmingly called dump stations! There you can fill up with fresh water and safely dispose of grey water and toilet waste. In all my 40+ years camping in the UK I've never seen the like!
Some of the ports have CDPs. Anywhere that has long distance buses will have too. Many campsites will let you use their facilities for a small fee.
As for NZ, they have them due to the problems with hired campervanners disposing of stuff everywhere. If people do the same on the islands it will end up with a ban on Motorhomes and, afaik, people are emptying on roads in the Highlands and it is becoming a problem.
I forgot to say. The tourist offices have lists of disposal points in their area.

Possibly check out a marina if near one. They often(I have no experience of them in the highlands and Islands...) have facilities for such collection...........
I would also point out that campervanning isn't really backpacking and lightweight camping. You might find more help in the motorhome section.
We get out our water from a burn and carry a trowel and baggie for waste.

When I'm wild camping in my campervan in Scotland will I be able to find places to get water, empty grey waste, etc?
Plenty of public toilets around where you can get water and empty grey waste.
Grey waste only; mind you, not chemical toilet disposal. As someone has already pointed out, the chemicals would play havoc with a septic tank.
EDIT - and as Ewen points out, 'wild camping' to most people is getting out into the mountains with a tent on your back. Try asking in the Motorhomes and Campervans section instead; you'll get some good advice there.
