Out in the Rollerteam team over the weekend. I quite like the reversing camera but in the dark it’s a complete waste of time, I couldn’t see a thing. I think an extra reversing light might be the answer, possibly an led one. I also might consider parking sensors but obviously that won’t help you see where your going when it’s pitch black. Anyone got any thoughts. Cheers, Dixie.

Did you turn your headlights off, most people don't and that does not help one little bit also turning on your hazard lights will help.

I got a couple of LED lights off E-bay for my daughters horsebox as reversing in an unlit farmyard was usually done by touch, and only fitted one as it`s like Wembley Stadium now when you engage reverse.

Only cost about 12 quid for the pair, and available in flood or spot lights, wired into the reversing/camera circuit.

If it was me the way I would go would be to have an auxiliary light mounted on the rear switched independently.
