Hello all, new to the site.
I am currently living a normal life, working, watching TV, getting a curry on Friday nights, going to the pub on Saturday nights. I have just turned 30 and i'm already bored of this, I cannot see myself continuing until 68. It's mundane.
So, I want to give it all up, give away all the stuff i don't use or need and follow a dream I've had for the last few years. I own my flat in Newcastle, i want to rent it out, buy a 6-7k motor home and travel the world in it. I will be living on an income of around £250 per month. My question is, is this possible? Is £250 a month enough to cover expenses and feed/water myself? Is anyone on here doing this?
I then plan to settle somewhere, get a part time job so i can have a few extra luxuries and know that i have no regrets!
Replies appreciated, Thanks

I know just the place for you, Classic Hymer facebook page.
If you like the older MH then these are seriously worth looking at, they have a selling page to The Hymermarket.
I absolutely love them OH doesn't he says they are too old.
The members just can't help enough, they are all over place, lots of full timers on there and they tour Morocco, Cyprus, Sweden, Austria, Norway everywhere. and if anything happens or you need advice, there is always someone nearby, lovely community just like UKCS is.
Just say where you are heading and you'll get lots of recommendations and help, go take a look and good luck with your travels

If you MH in europe they have Aires, you can fill up with water and some have grey waste etc., which are very cheap and alot of free camping on beaches, laybys, even overnighting in carparks, beware of early markets striking up though.
I don't own a MH but have been yearning over a Hymer for a couple of years, there is info out there on routes where you can stop for free, Aires nearby towns so you can stock up with food, alot of fulltimers only use campsites when they want to do washing etc .
You need to get on a fulltiming group forum or FB group, loads of info out there and they are all willing to help you.
In the UK theres a guide for using Pub carparks, some have ehu some don't.
I have taken all this info and advice from MH people that are living the dream and looking like they are enjoying it.
Not sure if we have a fulltimers page on here??? as I only wander into this area occasionally as we camp lol
