I was looking for information on Nissan NV200's and converting them into a small camper. Not much info on here, so thought I would share what I have done so far.

I purchased the NV200 in November 2017 to do a self build campervan conversion.

After removing the bulkhead, I had sliding door windows fitted by Middlesex Motorhomes (Owner Graham I can thoroughly recommend).

I left the ply in for now and installed a passenger swivel seat myself. I had to leave conversion until my pop top was installed. This was again by Middlesex Motorhomes.
I then remove all the ply and other panels underneath.

The standard panels were on poppers. I have decided to replace these with ply and cover with carpet (Easyliner) from Harrison Trims. These will be bolted on using stainless steel Rivnuts and and hex bolts. I will use the existing panels as templates and also use the existing ply.

For insulation I have used Thermoliner (Harrison's) and Dodo wool (eBay).

Some electric cables have been put in.

This is as far as I have gone to date.

Carpet liner is next.

Doing a great job ! It is a good choice for a campervan. My Blog may interest you for ideas and inspiration. There is a search facility on it Scroll back through the posts and start from the beginning. Not a self build but one of the first conversions done I believe.

Your van looks great and it looks as though you fitted a Drivelodge pop top. Mine is the same brand, but opens at the front. Your brother also has a silver NV200.
I will read more tomorrow.
