hello, we have just bought a 2000 Pilote Galaxy 780 with drop down bed over cab. We are having real problems getting this up, When it drops down it looks like it is hanging a bit lower on the left side, and when we try to push it up it takes two of us to push with all our might! We removed the mattress and this did make it a little easier, though still looks crooked. Wondering if it may need new gas struts? Or if the mechanism might be damaged? And if so will it make it worse to keep using it? Would be very grateful for any advice as we have never had a bed like this before and had really been looking forward to using it :( thanks Anne
