If you have a separate leisure battery as well as the vehicle battery you should find a typical battery of 85 or 100Ampere Hours or so in good condition will easily last a week in summer.
This assumes lighting and pump etc and reasonably short use of a small 12 volt TV.
Generally things which are on a long time like lights use a lot but only because they are on a long time. Their usage per hour is low. In summer they are on a lot less. Of course, LED will use less.
The pump uses a fair bit but is only on for a short time so overall doesn't use much.
A TV uses a lot and can be on a long time so will use loads if it is.
I assume hot water, heating, fridge and cooking will all be on gas.
