Yes, they do have, both freshwater and waste water.
You will get used to all this new stuff. The freshwater tank, is for bathroom and kitchen use. When water is used , it drains to the waste water tank It may also be used for the toilet flush, but that is not true with all motorhomes. Many toilets have a tank specifically to flush with. The water from that drains into the toilet cassette, which must be emptied into an approved place, on site. The waste water tank needs to be emptied, the tap for that can be found under the van, sticking out on a big grey(?)pipe. The fresh water tank also has a similar one for emptying. Hope this is of help.
Have you bought a van yet, or just looking? Ask for manuals to go with all the equipment on the van. Good luck.
