We have a Chausson Flash 610 2016 which has stopped operating on 12v whilst driving and showing error code 6. We received the following response from Thetford…… as yet due to weather we haven’t been able to try their advice. We have checked all fuses in main fuse box and the 2 relays under one of the habitation seats, all were good. Managed to look at the circuit board behind lower vent cupboard I will upload pictures of this. It seems we are missing a fuse or possibly 2 reading your posts on this thread, if anyone can advise where we find them that would be helpful (pictures are good). Any help / advise on our issue would be appreciated.
"Error code 6 is very rarely a component failure as this suggests a supply issue. I would advise disconnecting the fridge from the 12v supply and putting a direct 12v feed direct to the fridge (taking the vehicle out of the equation) If the fault disappears the problem is the vehicle supply. If the fault remains with a direct feed I suggest testing the 12v element and replace if required, worst case (yet rarely the problem) the PCB"
