You could try AK leisure servicing at Wickford tel 01268 562211.
I tend to use SG Servicing mbile 07875 260 862. He is based in the North of the county but comes down to Leigh when visiting his mum who lives in Rayleigh
ok yes it does take some time, ours takes around 10 mins or so, not that I really time it as im usually doing other stuff, but have you checked underneath that the valve isn't leaking? you know the one where you flick the lever to drain the tank, just a case of sticking your head underneath and looking for the end of the pipe.
when you say isn't full up, how far does yours get? ours comes to within 3-4 inches of the top of the tank but never actually fills right to the top if it did that they we know we have a problem and would just be flowing out the overflow pipe
Personally I do not think that anything will be wrong with it. The item itself has a design that was first used for caravans. I will never understand the reason for that type of filling for a motorhome.
There are very many pages on this forum related to this problem. It is a problem, but not one those without it can really understand. We bought a brand new van, and within weeks were considering its sale.
Marg6 is correct, you don't need a leisure company, you just need plenty of (Leisure) time to fill it.
There is a filter in the filler pipe that can get blocked. You do need your control panel switched on to open the solenoid and you have to open the flap on the socket fully. But my guess would be the filter.
Search anywhere on the UK Campsite and you WILL find lots of people have this problem. The hole that the water enters the tank has the same circumference of a plastic ball point pen.
The only thing that may help is to turn the water tap to full on, and hold the filler block perfectly square to the side of the van.
