I do not have an answer for you. As I am not familiar with your van.
I know that my first move would be to empty the water tank. This will enable you to take apart the pipework (If you can reach it) and find what or where the problem is. I certainly would not be using water via the tank and would in fact empty it. Water and wood are not best bed fellows. Dry out as much as you possibly can. Then use your home facilities, or if away in the van now, you will need to go back to basic camping whilst sorting this problem out. We have all, at some time washed ourselves in a bowl. Re the toilet, most sites have a loo. Good Luck, certainly I would empty my tanks as it would be easy to turn on a tap, just because we always do.
