Hi, I have a tiny Fiat Doblo with barn doors and I need to find an easily erected awning shelter (?inflatable) - preferably drive-away that will fit. Most of the ones I've found so far are too elaborate or need a tailgate. Decathlon do what looks like what I want but are completely out of stock. Does anyone have any other suggestions, please?

A website called rvshare.com lists 10 awnings, but only the Khyam Tailgate XL at £299 seems to suit. The rest, as you've found, are side loaders or canopies / not drive-away.

Is that a UK site? The only one I can find is a US one?

Would the Amdro one fit? Their camper unit fits in a Doblo so maybe the awning would. http://www.amdro.co.uk/products-c-10.html

I think quite a few small drive away awnings would do. The one recommended by seanfdh for the Amdro small rear tent. Does not have the drive away ability but as it seems easy to erect could well fit the bill even if the video shows it with a tail lift rather than the doors you have. Imagine of you can the 2 doors opening sideways from the back, this would maybe make the tent more stable.
However, small drive away awnings, are made to fix in most cases above the rear door or in the awning rails fitted to vehicles. For myself, if I were you I would look at the Vango range,or the outdoor revolution range. They make smaller awnings for camper vans. The tunnels on both makes of awning can be pulled tight around the open doors. The useable space is not made any smaller with doors open or closed.
Take a look at the video's on Attwoolls of Whitminster. They really do make a good job of showing how they are erected.
Another thought is the Vango Hex Hub. They are stand alone but you could just erect at the back of your Doblo. Good Luck.

Take a look at the air base seconds available from Decathlon stores and online. Seems great value for £200

Thanks for your ideas. Motorhomeguy - that decathlon one would have been perfect but its out of stock over the whole country :( Don't know if its restocking or they are waiting for the new stock for next season.

Shelters like the hex hub would work if they cover the rear of the vehicle - the problem is as soon as I open the rear doors in the rain my bed gets wet!

Just been talking to Decathlon and apparently it will be back in stock but they don't know when.
