Motorhomes are noseweight heavy anyway due to the weight of the engine at the front therefore it's always recommended to use them even on level pitches too. The most popular and sturdy ramps are the ones manufactured by Milenco which you can see in the link below.

I have a Vantage Neo on a Fiat Ducato and it sits level. Perhaps because it is a PVC.

Or do as I do and just use a tin of beans, or the like, on the table to tell me if I am reasonably level.
I use Fiamma levellers as I found the Milenco ones took up too much storage space.

Just because you have a Vantage van it’s nothing to do with being level. I think it’s to do with slope on the ground, uneven pitch, it does effect our van conversion. How strange.
