I would pay it too.
I got a Parking ticket in Bruges two years ago and ignored it, didn’t know how to pay it anyway. Nothing happened.
Two weeks ago I got a ticket in Veurne, in Belgium, despite asking in a shop if I needed a ticket.
Yes I didn’t need a ticket , my fine was for not displaying a Parking disc.I checked other cars and non displayed a ticket
No written signs saying a disc was required, but I have since discovered that they use a blue logo/ symbol to indicate a disc is needed.
The discs seem tiny compared to the ones we use.
Don’t know how to pay it so will wait and see.
