Have you used the MH for a year first to see if you need a drive-away & what for - extra sleeping room? Storing bikes? Sitting out at night?
We assumed we'd get one, but never did, don't miss one. Takes time (an hour?) to put up / take down & we move on every day or two - we'd rather use the time for other things. Might make sense if you're staying weeks at one spot, though.
And consider where you'll carry it, it's bulky. And how the weight will mean you can't carry as much beer (very easy to go over the MH weight limit.) Or the bikes or golf clubs.
