Hi Keith,
It might not be the cause but some years ago we had a leak spreading across the roof section.
It turned out to be a hairline crack in the main rooflight flange.
It was only found after complete removal.
It was explained to us that this can happen if the vehicle has been driven over very uneven ground which causes the roof to flex and crack the base of the skylight or even improper fitting in the first place.
Hope you can get it sorted before too much damage occurs.
