I would say water mist type fire extinguisher as first choice.
Second choice would be the foam type.
The ones to avoid are Dry powder. CO2 and Chemical for obvious reasons.
If used in a confined space they can cause breathing problems for the user.
Water mist are slightly dearer than foam but worth the extra.
Also invest in a Fire Blanket for where mains electric type fire may be present.
I bought a couple of these (one for the camper & one for the car)
A bit on the expensive side, but they are lighter & much more compact.
Never had to use it & hopefully never will, so can't comment on its effectiveness.
We have two of these one in the caravan and one in the house.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

I would be inclined to check the certification of these as the only EN or ISO standard that I can see relating to them is ISO 9000 which is a Quality Management System standard and nothing to do with fire extinguishers. I might have missed something but I would check with insurers if they require a fire extinguisher and if these are acceptable. If they work and can get you out of a fire then great.
