From what I can remember on my ex's MH it would need a couple of valves inserting to isolate and bypass the tank if you still wanted to use the external filling point to pressurise the system with a floe. The alternative is to fit a pressurising valve downstream of the tank and an isolating valve to stop the air blowing back into the tank. I think Floe did make something similar specifically for onboard tanks. There is little point in pumping air into a large tank, hence the above.

Yes you can,as birder' says above,the kit includes all the necessary valves etc
Take a look at the "draining a motorhome..." thread a few down from this one, on it I've posted a link to the floe video.
