Is it just a slot in, pull out lid? Does it have to match anything in the bathroom, ie, it can be seen? I would make one from a piece of ply and then get some self adhesive sticky back plastic, or similar. I guess it should be strong, as it would need to withstand weight.
Have you tried Swift to see if they have one or a Swift agent. It is quite possibly a standard item if it is an inspection hatch and not have been just made for the Suntor. It may save the trouble of making something. Or indeed do you have the old one, and it is broken?. Could it be temporarily repaired?. Whilst you scour the country.
