It is a motorhome Basa.
I can't help this guy though. It is most likely a van. (Conversion) I suspect it needed a new battery and the seller pulled it out. I have heard of this sort of thing happening when buyer is new to the game.
The make model etc is in the title of the thread: IH motorhome model TiOR 2013
IH should be my first port of call but they are not being helpful or at all interested.
I am hoping to hear from someone who has exactly the same model who might be able to tell me exactly where it is. I have had many theories about where it might be but the mechanic looked in all those places and it couldnt be found.
IH are a reputable Company, they make super van convertions. By the sound of it you have not bought from them. You say 2013 model. Lock for the same model that is for sale NOW on internet, and it may just say where the battery is, or should be.
PS....neither am I.
Thanks so much all of you. I’ve explored all those things unfortunately. Let’s hope ih can be bothered to help. I bought it from them 3 weeks ago & am somewhat underwhelmed by their after sales service!
A Leisure Battery would typically be in the engine bay or under a seat (Drivers, Passengers, or one of the seats in the rear) It could also be at the bottom of a wardrobe or cupboard, usually with a cover over it.
It shouldn’t be that difficult to find, so could well be missing.
