To be slightly pedantic, you want a joiner or cabinet maker rather than a carpenter if you are talking about them making bespoke fixtures and fittings.
The electrical side is maybe more complicated. A set of regulations apply to the installation of mains wiring in caravans / motorhomes, so make sure that any electrician is familiar with this (I think this is section 721 of the 18th edition of wiring regulations).
