Another website says “the reset button is on the top of the heater where it comes through the floor of the van & is a small red one.” More options will no doubt follow from other people.
Make sure the heater is set up the way you want it on the console- we kept getting an error message (a different heater) because the habitation Service had left it set up to use gas & electric, but we’d turned off the gas tap to it.
