The normal would be a leisure battery in addition to the vehicle battery. This would charge when on mains or when the engine is running. It should power your interior lights and water pump. If you have hot water it can be gas or mains electrically heated.
But... it all depends on the builder as to whether you have all these, but if you look you might find these items.
