It's not charged per mile but per day you drive in the zone.
It looks as if you will be exempt if your motorhome is Euro VI or newer https://cleanairgm.com/discounts-and-exemptions/
"All vehicles with a body type of ‘motorcaravan’ with Euro VI or cleaner emission standards will be compliant and not be charged to travel in the Clean Air Zone."
Otherwise, if it's 3500kg or under it will £10 (with a temporary exemption until 1 June 2023).
If it's over 3500kg and classed as a Private Heavy Goods Vehicle (PHGV) it'll automatically qualify for a permanent discounted charge of £10 per day, rather than £60 per day.
This is more or less the same arrangements that they have in Bath where as we are a PHGV we get the discounted rate but we had to register with them before the charges came in get the discount.
