We are looking to replace our fixed bed mattress. Had a quote from Jonic and was wondering if anyone had purchased a mattress from them? What is the quality like and was the service good?

The best advice is to look at the customer ratings for 'Jonic' on Trustpilot as you are going to receive a true reflection overall from their customers as there are probably very few people on this forum that have purchased from them. However, the Trustpilot customer feedback looks very encouraging.

We have previously bought from Jonic sheets and also a topper. The topper is definitely the best on the market. Yesterday we decided to purchase the 1000 sprung spring with foam insert island bed mattress from Jonic while we were at the show. We tried it first and it was very comfortable and both OH actually agreed on the comfort. They are offering a 10% discount at the show as a savings of about £70.

If you do it now ask for the show discount of 10%. The person you would normally speak to would be Charlotte, but she is at the show. Give them a ring and speak to someone and see how you get on. Don't email.
