Pumps are usually situated fairly close to the tank, which I would imagine is in a locker somewhere, probably under a seat. My info is only general in nature because I don't know that particular motorhome. It is indeed possible the pump has failed, although 10 years is certainly by no means old. Unless the motorhome has had a really hard life, virtually continuous use such as a hire vehicle, pumps can last a lot longer than that. Easiest way to check is to find the pump and put a multi-meter across the supply to it. If the supply is live, the pump has almost certainly had it.
