Hi,

My brother has bought a oven put into a camper conversion he is doing. However the oven he has bought seems to be missing the gas inlet connection. Does anyone know where this could be bought from? I've take a couple of pics where the inlet connects to.

I can�t help as I�ve never done a home conversion, nor am I a qualified gas fitter, but there may be diagrams online. (Never heard of a Maxol Monte Carlo oven.)
We rarely use our oven as it�s a quick way to use a lot of gas. It�s used as a cupboard for saucepans.
(Sorry for odd symbols, happens on the iPhone.)

Your best bet would be contact OLeary motor homes or Magnum motor homes .They both supply parts for conversions.

The most sensible thing to do is to ask a gas fitter to do the job properly

I'm an engineer (not gas appliances specifically!) and can't really make out much from the photos!

According to the user manual (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1065647/Maxol-Monte-Carlo-3000.html?page=6#manual) (see page 6), gas inlet is at front of unit and accessed by removing facial panel, and is a 8mm (5/16 in) pipe and suitable compression fitting! ..... and I still can't see how that relates to the photos!

From the viewing in the photos, the inlet sits on the bottom, underneath the thermostat. The little 6mm screw tightens/compresses the thermostat down onto the inlet.
