We ordered a new motorhome at the show in February and it’s arrived.great! We now need to find a company who will insure for an over eighty year old. Any suggestions please? Thank you.

Have you tried both the clubs yet for a quote? Never done any good with CAMC but have used CCC before.
Also Towergate and Caravanguard (with them at present)

I have always insured mine via the CMC (you have to be a member) who seemed competitive with the rest of the market but it does depend on the model and value? Comfort is often recommended by long time motorhomers so might be worth getting a quote.

I'm 55 and got quoted £389 for our converted van from Adrian Flux. I went with Lifesure (a small company) and just paid £228 last week with a load of extras like 90days euro cover and all the usual windscreen insurance etc.
Adrian Flux phoned me back and said they'd got it down to £225 but when I saw the offer he's simply turned every feature off to a bare bones policy. I won't bother going back to them now as they are always super expensive.
