You can sail from Heysham or Liverpool, most motorhomes or campervans can sail on any sailing, the Heysham sailings are on the Ben-My-Chree and the Liverpool sailings on the fast craft Manannan. You'll need to state the length of your vehicle when booking (I have seen them measuring motorhomes at Liverpool). I believe the cost for a 5.5M camper is about the same as a car but it goes up in approx. £30 (for a return sailing) steps per meter after that.
My van is in the 6.5M size and were on the Manannan both ways in August.
