Hi there.
Hoping someone can help me. I'm fairly new to campervan camping.
I have a renault trafic with a pop-top roof .
I don't want external covers for it as it would be too difficult for me to fit on my onw. I have done lots of searches and requests but cannot find any that would fit .
Does anybody have any ideas of sources. Many thanks in advance

I googled “campervan roof insulation” & half a dozen options came up; looks like you get what you pay for. And below those on the page, there were YouTube videos which may be helpful.

Hi Fiona, Thanks for that.
I have been researching this for some months and looked at you tube as well.
The problem is, most of them are external, which are no good for me.
The internal are mainly for VWs of various sizes, none of which correspond to mine.Even the converter has been unable to help with this. I don't mind spending the money but not on something that doesn't fit.

You may need to go down the route of custom-made or make your own one.

Looking at this eBay listing for a VW T6 internal pop top insulation, to me, it can be a DIY job, by measuring the relevant dimensions.

Foam mats can be purchased in bigger sizes and then cut to the dimensions required (or for smaller pieces to join together with duct/Gorilla tape), for the pieces to be joined together using Velcro that can be taken apart when not required.

For them to stay in place during use, again, Velcro tapes can be used.

You can also get silver screen type insulation in quilted rolls to cut up. It stands up on its own, so you could make a fitted internal box with some sort of corner tabs (Velcro tape as suggested?)
