Hi Folks, the water pressure in my Giottiline motorhome does not seem great. When the Aqua 8 pump (meant to be 10 litres/minute) has got to pressure and turns itself off, if you turn the shower on the pressure is good at first then it goes to a trickle within about ten seconds. If I turn the tap on I only get 2 litres/minute out of it.
I bought a sureflo and fitted that to see if my pump was faulty and it seems to be the same problem. Any ideas?
Or the internal pump has a blocked filter or a hole in the filter so the pressure can’t be maintained?
That happened to us, but it was many years ago, when the pump was under the sink & the filter was easily cleaned out (clogged up) or replaced. I’ve no idea where our current internal pump is located.
Maybe check your display is reading “external & internal pump”. (I’m clutching at straws, but that only takes a minute to check.)
It won't be faulty pump as new and it has its own built in pressure switch. I would go along with Capt Lightning, probably causing a vacuum as flow slowing down. If you have a tank top cap for cleaning the tank, release it so as to let air in and see if it improves.

Ours has a separate pump and pressure switch, that maybe the case with yours in which case you may need to adjust the pressure switch.
Can you fill your water tank from an Aquaroll via a Whale pump/adaptor? If that's the case the pressure switch is likely to be just inside close to the filling point. Our pump is immersed in the tank about a metre away from the pressure switch.
