Hi folks, I am travelling around Dorset and my maxview dish does not seem to be finding the satellite. Any ideas? Everything looks ok with the cabling.

Is it finding any satellites? When you are trying to tune can you see any indication of signal strength on the TV? If all the cabling is in order its possible that the satellite tuner needs an update?

If it’s an automatic system there has been a software update
Mine stopped working in France and Maxview sent me software update via an email

Probably needs an update. Although we have a different system, I need to download to the app on the phone and then connect to the control box to update.
