Evening. Has anyone got any tips and advice on keeping mice out of a motorhome. I'm purchasing a MH next year and have storage, however I've heard about the mice entering inside. Please advise . Kind Regards Steve E

Indeed, plenty of reading.
Never had one in the MH, but a mouse nested in the insulation lining my car bonnet, so don’t forget the engine compartment.

Cant say never happens, but out of hundreds of us on here, and the dozens I know elsewhere, it's a very rare occurrence, often seems to be the case that foodstuffs have been left in unattended vans/MHs to attract them!

Plenty of reading/advice on past posts so little point reiterating beyond, DON'T leave food (or crumbs!) in vehicle in store, ensure all entry points have vent grills intact or suitable sealing around cable and pipe entry points.

If rodents are a known issue on storage site, then a few mousetraps in vehicle should deal with any that do get in.

They tend to prefer getting in if the MH is parked on grass rather than hard paved or tarmac etc. Especially if the grass is long and unmown.
