..... but oddly you seem to have posted PRECISELY (word for word!) the same question on another forum way back in March (2023), and received a fair number of replies which would seem to have answered your question completely!
Previous answers look perfectly creditable and all in same ball park of low 20's mpg, so not as if wildly varying to give reason to doubt too much.
Here we are 8 months on, and you are still looking at same very specific MH, now the market for MHs is still pretty buoyant, so any vehicle that's been on the market for 8 months or more and not sold is probably well worth avoiding, either too many faults, or significantly overpriced!
Back to your question, which I'm sure some experienced owners on here will advise on, but with MH's there are generally only a few base vehicles used across all the manufacturers, almost any MH on that base vehicle with a similar weight is going to give you insight into expected MPG, the interior layout having no bearing. As with your previous question elsewhere, the engine and gearbox variant which you again fail to detail in OP will have a significant bearing on MPG!
