When discussing motorhomes it's usual to quote the conversion manufacturer (Peugeot didn't make the motorhome, they just supplied the chassis, it could have just as easily been a Fiat Ducato or a Ford Transit), motorhome model and the equipment model if that's what you've got a problem with.
In this case it's an Autocruise, model???, the fridge is a Thetford but there are so many models of those. Hopefully, there's a data plate visible which will tell you the model of the fridge, these can often be found on or around the door.
Quoting the conversion manufacturer and model will help guide others who perhaps have the same model or have experience with that manufacturer. The same applies to the equipment. The year of registration is also a help.
All of the conversion manufacturers have subtly different ways of doing stuff and what they did one year isn't necessarily what they did the next year.
The only time the Peugeot Boxer or whatever the chassis is important is when you're having problems with the chassis. Quoting the year of manufacturer will be a big help.
Good luck with your motorhome, hopefully you'll have lots of great adventures! Don't be afraid to ask questions, we were all there once but remembering to provide details of the conversion and model will help us to help you.

Few points before assuming a fault. Absorption type fridges (3-way - Gas, 240v, 12v), are slightly odd beasts and differ from your typical domestic fridge in a number of ways.
The fridge NEEDS a 12v supply (should be 'Van' setting on main control panel when on site) before it will work on 240v EHU or Gas, it powers the fridge controls, without those, nothing works! 12v WILL NOT power the fridge cooling though, you cannot use 12v to cool the fridge when on site! The fridge itself needs setting to 240v/Mains/EHU, or Gas (if using it), NOT 12v/car.
They take a VERY long time to cool down, 7-8 hours, maybe more if high ambient temps, before they are at 'working' temperature. You should be able to detect a slight chilling on the heat exchanger fins inside fridge or in ice box after an hour. Allow time for it to chill down before declaring 'not working'!
Worth mentioning, haven't got 'Winter Covers' fitted on the external vents have you? 'Winter Covers' are removeable blanking plates that partially cover the vent grills for winter use, only necessary when weather is cold (below about 8 degrees ambient), but often fitted during storage to stop water/bug ingress!
They are VERY susceptible to operating position, and need to be near perfectly level (tolerance of only 6-7 degrees from PERFECTLY level before performance suffers and even complete failure to operate occurs!). MH users seem less fussed about levelling their unit than caravaners (presumably because it's more faff!), and are often seen pitched at some odd angles, but the fridge is NOT tolerant of extreme angles! You may need to level your MH better.
AS said before, exact models of MH, fridge etc. are beyond useful, but essential for us to be specific with advice, the Devil is in the detail, and there are many variation to guess at!
Good luck.
