Went inside one at a show, or at Perthshire Caravans (can’t remember which). Beautiful, I wanted one, I found myself stroking the surfaces. Lots of very innovative ideas too - but oh my! What a price! Needless to say, we’re still with the 18-reg Auto-Sleeper.

just goes to show money doesnt equal sense! make the bed up and theres no room to swing a cat! i will stick to my caravan thanks, at least i can go for a nap and the rest of them with us can still move around inside

No good for me even if I had the money unless I could opt out of LPG and gas hob, and add air con

£52k for the base vehicle, so £200k for the interior! i cant see how they spent that sort of money tho, the one thing that jumped out at me on the video i saw of it was the placement of the external ehu socket right under the water connection! not great that idea really and as for the inflatable matter "upstairs" we know what happens to them dont we? sure for that price you would/should get a proper mattress? then i feel sorry for anyone sitting on the sofas in the back, right next to the hob, imagine a pan with a lid on it spitting all over the person sat there?

sleeps 4 yet only 2 seat belts.

no safety rail on the back end when you open that up, but if used on most sites that would be a veiw over the hedge at the back of the pitch.

no oven. no microwave

no thanks

It certainly has some innovative designs, however, I could kit out a brand new base vehicle with a very high specification for much less!

Doesn’t answer the original question but…
Have a look at Wingamm models - very Germanic, clever layouts but also expensive (£150K); 4 berths have 4 seatbelts. Fit our brief of being short (CalMac ferry prices go up noticeably at 6m, some of the track roads on Mull get problematic at longer lengths too).

Wingamm are never going to be anywhere near a UK success story.
They are quite simply, way, way to expensive for what they deliver.
Starting with the local dealer, they still have their original stock from when they took on the dealership and even at reduced prices can't shift anything.
And it's more or less the same throughout the country.

I bet everyone who took them on now wishes they hadn't.
