Hi everyone, being a f/c owner this feels abit like walking in a strange pub !!! But i,m about to buy a suncamp tunnel moto awning for my f/c. I wondered if anybody has had any expirience with this bit of kit.I.e is it easy to erect , any flaws with it etc, etc. I,ve had a look at one today and it will work out for me . Hopefully this will be the answer to my long running Dandy awning fiasco !!! Any info will be most gratfully recived. Many thanx THUMPER

I've got the Sunncamp Cruiser awning which is similar to the Moto, but has rigid aluminium poles rather than the bendy fibreglass ones, while the annexe itself is excellent, waterproof, and good design, and quite easy to put up for its huge size, the joining bit sometimes collects water when it rains, am trying to figure out a way to stop this.
we have a similar awning , what we do is put up the awning up then walk it to the van then attach it and pull it away from van to make it tight, then sometimes put a spare pole in the middle so it slopes if u no wot i mean
Hi Kirsty, yes I know wot you mean, my hubby also propped the connecting tunnel bit up with a pole, I was worried that it would go through the fabric, but he said it would be OK and used the blunt end of course. The rain collecting here must be quite a common problem coz of its design, I'm hoping we'll come up with a better more permanent solution soon.
Good idea, thanks, will have to remember to take something. Pity really though, we shouldn't have to do this if it had been designed properly in the first place, but I guess it may be to do with the height of the awning rail.
Hi everybody. Thanks for all your replies . They have been most helpfull. Thanx once again THUMPER
