5/6 weeks ago I bought a MH that the previous owner had only had it for a couple of months which seemed curious to me, anyway I found that the lay out didn’t suit us (to many beds and not enough seats) so I’m chopping it in for a new one, I was just wondering how often you change your MHs
First one lasted 6 months till we decided it was too small. Second one lasted 12 months till we decided it was too big. Gave up and went back to a caravan. Happy again now.

If you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, just keep going till you go round the bend.
First one 6 weeks, just bought it to see if we liked motorhomes. This one was well researched & we have had it for a year now, still can't find anything more suited to our needs.
We are on our 3rd motorhome now in 2.5 years. All bought in Germany and so lefthand drive. People have been asking us questions about them while parked somewhere and some of them I have given my email address too and they have been buying them of me. This is how it goes : husband comes home from work, me asking if he wants the good or bad news first, than telling him that I have sold the motorhome, him in shock and me hunting for one in Germany again. No problem.!!! My motto is : everything is for sale.

Mines homemade and will keep it till it rots like the last one.......... it pays for itself in cheap holidays.
Same here - we've had it a year and plan to keep it for about another 4 years. It's a home conversion (not by us) but has the layout that suits us.
Very much agree with bill1953. Stopped to speak to a lovely couple in the supermarket car park, they could not of praised or loved their MH more. They had owned and enjoyed it for 16 years. Lovely to see people so satisfied.
First one we had for 2 years, Rascal van, used mainly for days out and weekends, only changed him as we wanted a toilet inside. Have had this one for just over a year with no plans to change her, are hoping for at least 5 years use and would probably change for same layout vehicle.
Hired 2 over 12 months, different layouts. Bought Hi-Top Minuet, little dream, too small. Six months later bought entry level coachbuilt to take grand daughter with us. One year later decided layout and equipment not right so now we have another. Same make, different layout. Guess what. I still wished I had done my own conversion like so many others have done.
